It has a Nylon lining, a waterproof shell, a polyester quilting, Epaulets with metal shoulder snaps, a YKK zipper front, Velcro closure on the patch pockets, side pockets, knit wristlets, and a pile collar. This model also comes in a deluxe version, which adds the use of Rayon blended in the Nylon lining.
Solar-1 also manufactures security jackets made of a blending of Nylon and Rayon. One such jacket is the 0966 model, a 34-inch jacket with an outer shell made of Nylon and Rayon for added durability and strength. It has a 6-oz. Poly insulation and is spark resistant. It comes with a YKK zipper and a zip-off hood. For special uses, Solar-1 also offers a reversible raincoat that has three layers with taped seams for durability and a solid construction. The raincoat has two reversible colors: orange and black. The orange side also features 3MM reflective tapes. If you want a jacket with “security” printed on the back, check out the WB02 Coaches Jacket, a Nylon-made windbreaker with a Nylon taffeta outer shell and 100% polyester brushed tricot for the full lining. It comes with a snap front, slash front pockets, and elastic cuffs. The bottom hem can be tightened with a drawstring.
